The concept of the Neighbourhood Network has been developed over the last few years, originating from an idea that was first discussed between experienced marketeers and financial investors. Approximately four years ago in 2013, we tasked a team of experts to study and monitor events and occurrences in the global "Daily Deal” market place and at the same time we also began to study and monitor the Online Digital Publishing market, in particular the trends appealing to smart phone users.

Michelle has witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to direct sales. Michelle's experience stems back twenty years, when new companies were looking to get a piece of the lucrative, newly de-regulated telecoms and utilities market. Michelle built up a residual income for the first time and was "hooked" from then on. In Michelle's own words: "I love the concept of network marketing, but you need to have a product or service that people will buy, without the income opportunity being attached. Real products at a real price - I believe this is what we offer first and foremost.” Michelle's 'traditional' businesses have always been family run: Estate Agents, Dry Cleaners and Fast Food Takeaways on Blackpool's Golden Mile, to name a few. Family values mean everything to Michelle, who is married with three daughters. "The Neighbourhood network is one big family, bringing family values, not just in our products and services, but also our revenue opportunity that is designed to help families build that extra income each month. Although born in the Midlands, Martin can now claim to be a true "Lancashire lad". Moving to Poulton-le-Fylde as a child, Martin has remained in the Red Rose county ever since. His business career started many years ago in the travel and tourism industry. As a partner in a busy travel agency, Martin handled the logistics for large numbers of Manchester United football supporters travelling to games across Europe, sometimes organising the travel arrangements for over one thousand people at a time, to places such as Barcelona, Turin, Vienna, Munich, Monaco, Milan, Gothenburg and many more.
In 2007 Martin decided to make further use of his existing business contacts and became a partner in two more successful business ventures : "In The Zone" & "Business Evening Network". These businesses offered administration services, accounting, office rental etc. combined with Business Networking meetings, (introducing clients to each other). Building networks has always come naturally to Martin and he is a firm believer in "word of mouth" being the best form of advertising.
Martin is happily married to Elaine who is a Nursing Sister at the local Intensive Care Dept. When Martin is not busy at his desk, he can be seen with the other loves of his life on the beach, (His Two Labradors, Beau & Coco) or at a major sporting event, especially if it is basketball or football.
Linda's business background is extensive. Over the years she has established many businesses including her own hairdressing and beauty salon, whilst simultaneously working for Biosthetics as Technical Accounts Manager. Linda was also selected to work as part of a specialist sales team that launched the "Matrix" brand of hair products, hosting seminars and training sessions across the UK. Using her knowledge and experience of the hair and beauty industry Linda went on to manage spa and beauty teams aboard many of the popular cruise liners including Cunard's Queen Victoria. Alongside Linda's passion for health, wellness and beauty, she also found time to run a very busy, picturesque country pub and restaurant.
Linda lives in the beautiful village of Market Drayton and when she's not working, she can be seen on the ballroom dance floors of the Midlands, As she loves Salsa, Latin American and Ceroc dancing.
Using her extensive knowledge of the Daily Deal Industry, Jane continually monitors current trends in the Daily Deal market place from around the world, sourcing and securing partnerships with bona fide merchants and analysing customer purchasing patterns, ensuring The Neighbourhood remains at the forefront of established and newly emerging markets.
Another Of Jane's important roles is to monitor The Company's retail sales. When we say retail sales we mean sales 'outside' of our sales force. To quote Jane: "As a company our main focus is to build a retail customer base, through our network of Brand Partners. Our Brand Partners therefore get the best of both worlds by registering retail customers and building a team of fellow Brand Partners that are also focused on registering customers. Everyone is offered great products and services at great value prices. It's a win, win and I think people naturally network great deals".
